Oh how i wish i had been able to participate in Independent Book Store Days. But i am here to bring a book to your attention. I have come across this title in several book groups on different posts. today, it popped up in a post for the best book you have read this year so far. Last week, it popped up in a post asking for your top feel good emotional book. It also popped up last week in a post asking for the five star read that you have read that is not listed in all the book groups. In other words, and under the radar gem. It is called The Song Of The Blue Bottle Tree. I have never heard of this book and it has the “woo” factor. I may be late to this party but I am so excited about this book and cannot wait to read it. t

I am almost finished with A Place For Us. I send an email with just a couple quick thoughts on it. I’d love this book so much. Tomorrow my pre-order comes in for The Correspondent and then I’m onto the blue bottle tree.

I have no doubt that I will like it as much as you did. Really excited about my current book and I know you will love it. It is truly character driven. I do not want the book to end that’s how much I love it.

I needed to buy some books for my first great-niece who will be born in August! So we went to our local, Northshire Bookshop, and bought Hippos Go Berserk, The Gruffalo, and Anne of Green Gables.

What a lovely day! It Goes So Fast is the book I recommend so often to parents of high school juniors and seniors, and it’s one I think of so often ❤️

I have a copy of It Goes So Fast but I’ve been putting it off because of timing. With the boys entering HS in the fall I’m starting to feel the crunch before they leave the nest.
