I read The Good Son and really liked it for the creepiness factor. I’ll be interested to know your thoughts if you read it!

You just totally blew up my TBR! I added all of these books, and can’t wait to read them. As others said, don’t think I will live long enough to finish all of my books. Wait, did I see a comment about a podcast? Am I missing out on something?!?

Kathy was referring to the podcast I cohost, Book Talk Etc:)

I have a few books that I’m excited about reading when they are released. Close To Death by Anthony Horowitz. I believe it is booked vibe in the Hawthorne detective series. I love this series and Anthony Horowitz’s humor. all Fours, women of Good Fortune and The wedding Party are three books that caught my attention that you discussed on the podcast. A Killing On The Hill by Robert Dugoni is another upcoming release that I’m excited to read. I love this author and he does legal suspense very well. The title that you mentioned The Good Son sounds familiar and I think I could have possibly read it already. But the book is appealing. Might Prayers is definitely one book I do want to check out. Believe it or not, I have about 300 books on my wish list through my library. And yet, I continue to buy new books that are just being released. I often wonder if I will live long enough to read them all. 😄

Anthony Horowitz is on my list of authors I still need to read! and I definitely believe you have 300 books on your wish list because I know I do too - and hundreds of samples on my Kindle too:)

I’m going to read The Good Son. I started Bewilderment a while ago but for some reason did not finish it. I’ve heard so many good things about it. I’m going to pick it back up again.

Thank you for your carefully curated selection Renee.
