Hello!

How are you? November is flying by and I can feel that my reading is shifting a bit. I went from making last ditch efforts to read some of the new releases I didn’t get to, to deciding I’m just going to lean into whatever my mood desires. I’ve also started peeking at 2025 new releases. Just peeking. I haven’t read even a sentence of any of the 2025 new releases I’ve been lucky enough to get advanced copies of….but my anticipation is building for many of the titles and it’s making me feel excited for what’s coming. I predict 2025 is going to be a great reading year:)

I’ve also started thinking about my end of the year content. I will most definitely be doing a top ten books of the year list, along with other 2024 lists such as most memorable characters, superlatives, and more. If you have ideas for specific end of the year content you’d like to see, please let me know in the comments!

I’m trying something a bit new today. Rather than waiting until the end of the month to share book reviews and reading thoughts via audio, I jumped on the mic today to give you an additional short episode where I’m sharing reviews for a few books I’ve read this month and haven’t talked about yet. I’m also sharing the tv shows I’ve been loving this month, as well as a 2025 title I’m eagerly anticipating.

I’ve listed the books mentioned in the audio below, as well as some links I’ve loved recently. My intention with the audio is to give you the ability to listen to my book reviews in more depth and commentary while on the go. Personally, I love to listen to others talk about books while I’m cleaning, running errands, taking my dog Vinny for a walk, etc and I thought you might also like this convenience. Don’t forget, you can add my podcast RSS feed to your chosen podcast listening app (as long as that app supports it).
